This is perfect for families who can cruise during the summer holidays and benefit from the great weather. For those wanting a quieter cruise, May, June, September and October will suit you better. While the weather is optimal between May and October, don’t let that put you off cruising outside of these months as you’ll most likely be able to pick up a great bargain.

Santorini was the replacement destination and we went independently to the archaeological museum in the main town square. Anyone who likes ancient things would love it with wall paintings.

I only did two excursions on the cruise as my main aim was to chill after the lockdowns. Both were informative and enjoyable. One in Cadiz and the other in Vigo.
