How can you reach Barcelona from the cruise terminal?
You’ll arrive right in the heart of the city when you take a cruise to Barcelona. From the port, you can take your pick of wandering up the Ramblas, into the historic Gotic quarter, or down the waterfront to Barceloneta; all a short stroll away. Barcelona’s metro is easy to use, with simple signage and a straightforward ticketing system. Take a hop-on, hop-off bus like the Bus Turistic to see the sights in a short time period, or hire a taxi to get around town. You’ll see them on all major streets ready to hail, and there’s a taxi rank at the port.
Parking facilities around the cruise terminal
Parking within Barcelona’s city centre can be a bit of a challenge, but there is parking available around the terminal should you need to leave your car for the duration of your cruise. The closest facility is the SABA BAMSA Paral.lel car park, about a 5-minute drive away from the port. This is also right next to the Paral.lel metro stop so it’s easy to get around the city after dropping off your vehicle. Another option is the BSM Moll de la Fusta Car Park in Barceloneta, straight up the Passeig de Colom.
