Rolling on a River……..
Over the past few months I am getting more and more people wanting something a little different, or have been told that this year is their last year for cruising the Ocean as they feel they have exhausted all their options. River cruising seems to be the next big thing. I have gained a lot more knowledge recently on River Cruising through training sessions here at cruise.co.uk. There is certainly a lot to learn and there are lots of different companies with very different type of products.
One company that really caught my eye was APT – Boutique River Cruising. All their ships are 5* and all are very modern decor. From return flights, airport transfers to tipping and port charges their all-inclusive pricing policy eliminates all of the hidden extras. What made them different from other companies is the “Freedom of Choice Touring”, this is where they offer you an expanded choice of touring experiences, enjoying more variety and more choice in your itinerary. For Example in Amsterdam you can choose from a Canal Boat cruise, Visit the Van Gogh Museum or the Wetlands Safari Experience or in Nuremberg you can choose from the World War 11 sites, take a medieval City Tour or the Segway Tour.
You can expect the highest standards from the two classes of river ship APT offers. There is the Aria Class and the Concerto Class, these are slightly larger than the Aria class and are newer ships and have balcony suites as well as the very poplar Juliet balconies. The ships are all very contemporary and offers some very fine gourmet cuisine. As the ships only hold about 120 people you also get a very friendly and relaxed feel onboard with 5* service.
With stunning sereney throughout your cruising experience and the fact that you dock right in the heart of the cities or towns it caters for all types of clients, from 1st time cruises to very experienced people.
