Good customer service

I have always loved my job and am very proud to have worked for cruise.co.uk for 14 years.  So when Andrew Adler Head of Sales and Operations received a letter from a client saying how good my service is I thought I would share with you some of his comments.

“We cruise quite a lot and have never used your company before. The call was originally handled by Lisa and it was clear that here was a lady who is passionate about her job and customer care. In fact in my experience she is without doubt one of the best people we have ever dealt with. She was extremely courteous, had clear knowledge of her subject and looked after us beyond anything we have experienced before.

If you do have an employee reognition scheme of some type. I absolutely put her forward.”
