Forget the Caribbean lets get Frozen…

This is going to appeal to so many families out there, we all know the song, you have probably watched countless videos of small children singing away to the well-known song “Let it Go!” Disney Cruise lines have announced a new experience on board inspired by the hot animation film Frozen.

The Frozen characters will make their debut at the beginning of this summer on board the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Magic and Disney Wonder.

On a number of sailings to Alaska and Europe the above ships will be transformed into a winter wonderland, with sparkling icicles which will line the grand staircase and the atrium lobby, scattered with a snow effect to resemble Elsa’s magical Ice Palace.  Also included is a deck party giving you the opportunity to meet the characters and take photos, storybook adventures ashore, and a three-song stage production.  During the day you will be able to enjoy appearances by Elsa, Anna, Sven, Kristoff any my favourite Olaf the snowman.  There’s more…. you can also take part in “Anna’s Chase for the Chocolate” scavenger hunt, “Build a Snowman” activity, where your children will take on Elsa’s magical powers to create snow and ice.

In the evening there will be a Frozen-theme dining experience, with traditional Nordic dishes.  Then with your dancing shoes on you can dance the night away at the “Freezing the Night Away with Anna, Elsa and Friends family-friendly deck party.  With fantastic babysitting facilities on the ships you can then enjoy a bit of adult time and carry on the party in the nightclub, with frozen speciality drinks.

This is every little childs dream holiday (and for the big kids in you!)
