Dress code… part 3

Following on from my previous blogs, below is an insight to Princess Cruise Line dress code.

Princess Cruise Line recommend you dress for their cruises the same way you would for any stylish land-based resort.  Casual sportswear, including shorts, lightweight trousers and jogging bottoms, is the order of the day both at sea and ashore, depending on the weather.  A sweater, jacket or coat for cool evenings. Remember to bring proper clothing for visits to religious sites.  Also low-heeled, rubbersoled shoes for strolling on deck, as well as comfortable walking shoes or sandals.

Onboard Attire

SMART CASUAL EVENINGS:

  • Passengers attire should be in keeping with what would be worn to a nice restaurant at home.  Beach wear, shorts, baseball caps and casual jeans is not permitted in the dinning rooms and shoes must always be worn.
FORMAL EVENINGS:
  • Evening gown, cocktail dress or a trouser suit for women
  • Tuxedo, dark suit or dinner jacket and slacks for men
Princess offers formal wear rental on all cruises, this can be arranged prior to embarkation.  Please visit website www.cruiselineformal.com
Below is the general evening attire schedule:
