This year I have a big group of guests cruising with Disney Cruise Line.  It’s a cruise line that I must admit I haven’t booked very often so throughout the year I have learnt a great deal. For example if you are booked in a Suite/Concierge then there is a specific Shoreside Concierge team that can help to enhance the guests experience prior to sailing.  An email is sent around 130 – 125 days prior to sailing and will provide information of what is available for the concierge guest.  They can start taking calendar requests for activities beginning 125 days prior to sailing this will avoid any services not being available.  As a concierge guests, the services begin even before you board the ship.  Pre arranged services include:

I think this kind of information is important for guests to be aware of before booking a suite/concierge on Disney Cruise Lines.  It’s not always the size and facilities the cabin has to offer, sometimes the extras that are included makes all the difference.
