P&O and Cunard release launch dates…

Following on from my last blog I am pleased to announce the launch dates for P&O and Cunard.  Every year we see many people waiting for these dates to be released, and each year always seems busier and better. I have to say I am intrigued how this years launch will go.  I have spoken to quite a few of my regular clients who always book at brochure launch and have got very different views on booking early or waiting for late deals this time round.  There are still a lot of people that will and want to book early, why? For some people they know what they want or are particualr in what they want, it may be they need a disabled cabin on an itinerary that they know is very popular, or families that like to plan ahead and get family cabins or cabins next door to each other. Then there is the other side to the fact that people are getting wise to cruises being discounted at the last minute, but this only suits a small percentage of people.  I have been waiting for the itineraries and prices for P&O to be released as we are planning a big family cruise next year to celebrate my husbands 40th.  I have priced a few itineraies and I have to admit are slightly higher than what I anticipated, but I know I will book early to guarantee I get the cruise and cabin that we want.  It’s a special holiday for us all and I know I wouldn’t risk waiting for a late deal for a school holiday cruise and a 4 berth cabin.

26th April 2012 – 8am. Departures August September
27th April 2012 – 8am. Departure October and November
28th April 2012 – 8am. Departures in December
