Yesterday I took a call from a lady who lived in Cyprus wanting to book on the Adventure of the Seas departing 2 May. Great, I thought, a nice easy booking.
Took all the details, checking with the client we had the correct ship and sail date. Found the cabin she wanted and with a good price she decided to book. Part of our sales process is that we have to go through the itineary just before we book. Advised client she sailed from San Juan in Puerto Rico 6 days at sea and then into La Palma. Think this proves how important our sales process is and that it is vital to go though our check list on every booking.
