Fancy meeting a Michelin star chef?

P&O cruises are the only cruise company who have three Michelin starred chefs on three of their ships and have now released the dates when the chefs will be visiting their restaurants at sea. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet the chefs and take part in cooking demonstrations, questions and answers and book signings. They will also spend time in the gallery with their team and in the restaurant with passengers.
Marco Pierre White – You can meet Marco onboard Oceana on the 13th  – 16th October 2010, 1st – 3rd August 2011 and 18th  – 21st November 2011.  He will also be onboard Ventura on the 22nd  – 26th  October 2010, 25th – 27th March 2011, 5th – 8th April 2011 and the 12th – 15th September 2011.

His restaurant onboard the Ventura is the White Room, where you can feast on such delicacies as Spaghetti of Lobster Americano, as well as his bistro restaurants onboard Aurora and Oceana.

Gary Rhodes – You can meet Gary onboard Arcadia on the 9th  – 12th November 2010, 6th – 9th April 2011 and 1st – 4th August 2011.  He will also be onboard Oriana on the 17th – 20th May 2011 and 4th – 7th September 2011.

If food is your passion then you won’t want to miss this masters classic British dishes with this signature modern twist.  Your taste buds will tinkle when you sit down to Gary’s seared black tiger prawns and crab cocktail salad.  You may also want to try Gary’s own speciality cocktail Sloe Royale, made of Chapel Down English sparkling wine and Gordon’s Sloe Gin..

Atul Kochhar – You can meet Atul onboard Azura on the 21st – 24th September 2010, 12th  – 15th May 2011, 5th – 8th July 2011, 18th – 21st September 2011, 11th  – 14th November 2011 and 17th – 20th February 2012.

An exotic combination of British and Indian cusisine can be found in Sindhu.  His soft-shell crab and squid salad is a great favourite, as are his delicious cocktails served from his chic bar.
