January is always one of the busiest times in travel and I must say this January was no exception, so now we leap into February which I am sure will be just the same!!

So, what exciting things are happening in the cruising world in 2017 for you to look forward to?

Thought I would list a few that jumps out for me!

P&O of course have Adonia back in the fleet, which has proved a welcome come back for lots of past P&O passengers, with some exciting news that she will be sailing in the Caribbean in 2018 in partnership with Virgin!

Celebrity will be releasing more details about the brand-new Celebrity Edge, which is their newest class of ship, and great news that the Celebrity Eclipse will be sailing from their new home port Dublin, and the Silhouette will be sailing out of Southampton.

Lots going on for RCCL who have ordered two ships to start a brand new class of ship, maybe this time these will appeal to passengers who like the smaller size ships! The 4^th ship in the Oasis class goes on sale in March, and also work will start on another ship in the Quantum class.

Be one of the first to sample modern luxury on board Seabourn’s newest ship the Encore.

It seems that Cuba is now well and truly on the map after US have given the go ahead to sail from a US port to Cuba. MSC have some great itineraries!

Princess launches their new ship the Majestic Princess in April 2017, and will also have another ship sailing out of Southampton!

And lets not forget MSC will have the largest passenger ship in the World the Meraviglia!!

It certainly looks like it’s going to be another great year with so much going on!!
