Where does a cruise agent go on his holidays?

For me and having 4 children holidays can be incredibly expensive, even being in the industry and seeing deals before anyone else it is not always possible to book a holiday I can actually afford.

The deals are normally late deals and by then the cabins for 3 and 4 berth are all gone. With the dreadful events in Tunisia recently this has made other countries more expensive to go to.

I have to go in school holidays as the older kids are doing exams.

Where does this leave me?

Devon.

Becky Falls Buchfastleigh Abbey Buckfastleigh Dawlish Beach

I went to Dawlish last year and we got so lucky with 7 days of hot clear blue skies so we are going again this year. As I type this it is raining as it has been on and off for the last 2 weeks, hopefully this is just clearing the skies for a repeat of last year.

I will leave my cruising experiences to my work trips, this year I did 2 in March, P&O Britannia and a Scenic River Cruise, both amazing experiences.

Hopefully there will be a couple of more to do before the year is out (hopefully my managers are reading this (hint)).

For the record, with the weather being so great last year I could say it was almost as good as a cruise.

What do you think to British holidays?
