Good-Bye Bucket and Spade, Hello Cruise

After 11 years of selling bucket and spade holidays I thought it time I jumped on-board the cruise industry,  Have I made a mistake? Heck no. Not only have I found a Travel Agency leading the way in finding you the perfect cruise but their (our) customer service is fantastic, efficient and as I have found out from regular customers gets a big thumbs up.

Adding to all that is the cruise customer sharing all their knowledge, probably the most knowledgeable person in the Cruise travel industry. Everyday, well almost every call I learn something new about cruising, cruise lines, destinations, pretty much everything. For me it is a breath of fresh air, thinking I knew pretty much all there was to know about holidays and now find myself learning all over again, and of course sharing this new found knowledge with the next customer.  Jumping the Bucket and Spade boat for a bigger ship is certainly proving to be the right move for me.

Over the coming months I will be sharing what I find out and would welcome any strange facts, interesting info or even on-board whispers.
