Britannia will soon be here

A couple of weeks ago I talked about all the Ship visits I have got coming up for March, the 1st was, what I thought to be a visit on Cruise and Maratime’s Magellan but was actually on the Marco Polo, this was for Monday just gone but did not happen, the bad weather on Sunday night prevented the ship getting into port on Monday morning on schedule.

So now I have the Britannia to look forward to next week, as mentioned before I will be spending 2 nights on her having a good look around, enjoying the food, watching as much of the entertainment as possible and trying out a few bars. The purpose of these 2 days is fr Travel Agents and the Media to see the ship, learn about it and tell the world, for P&O it is a Guinea Pig run ready for the maiden Voyage a few days later.

Before all this though the Britannia will be officially named by none other than The Queen herself, I would love to have been there I would have considered giving up on my 2 nights for a day with the Queen.

During my 2 days of work/ fun on the Britannia I will be blogging and posting pictures to my Facebook work page, click here to visit it and like the page to keep up to date with my visit.

If there is anything you would like me to check out for you please let me know via my Facebook page and i will do my best to get you the answer.

If you are a fan of River Cruises or would like to know more then at the end of March I will be doing a 4 night trip with the 5 Star Scenic River cruise company, again I will be doing regular updates to my Facebook page.
