Quantum of the Seas- The Quieter Bits

Following on from my previous blogs regards The all new Quantum class ships I few have been asked about the peace and relaxation opportunities the ships will have to offer.Understandable really as my blogs have been very much about the high energy activities you can do on Quantum of the Seas.Well there is plenty for the more relaxed seeking passenger. The Vitality Spa and Fitness centre-Start your morning with a little work-out in the gym, maybe on the treadmill for a run or walk with sea views on offer or a bit of cardio and weights to get the heart pumping. The gym offers fitness classes Spin, Yoga or Pilates as well as the services of a personal trainer. To me this is not relaxation but i know to many others a good gym work-out is very therapeutic and rewarding physically and mentally.Quantum Gym treadmills100_1269 100_1270 100_1271
