A Princess and a Queen in 48 Hours

As some of you may have read, back in February I attended a special event in Southampton hosted by Princess Cruises in which the ‘Big Reveal’ was that they would be basing Royal Princess in Southampton for 2015 along with Caribbean Princess who will replace Emerald Princess.

On the night there was also the chance to win a place on-board on of 2 ship visits when the Royal Princess does her around the UK trip later this year.  There were 75 places up for grabs and I have been fortunate to be awarded with one of those places to visit her on the 8^th May.

This is the only time this year Royal Princess will sail out of Southampton so I am very excited to go along and have a look at what Princess’s largest ship in the fleet has to offer. Royal Princess will join two other mega ships out of Southampton – Anthem of the Seas and Britannia in 2015 so the gloves are on!

 I will also be visiting the Queen Elizabeth on the 9^th May to have a look around her. This is also very exciting as Queen Mary and Queen Victoria will also both be in Southampton and will sail out together to Mark Queen Marys 10^th Anniversary.
