Arcadia’s Going North for Christmas!

I was just looking at Christmas Cruises as an option for some of my guests, when I noticed that Arcadia is doing a 7 night cruise on the 20th December 2014 to Belgium, Denmark and Norway.

Not the most exotic of cruises but great if you want a getaway over the Christmas period and take in the Christmas Markets, also with the destinations comes a fantastic starting price of £679.00pp.

The great thing about cruising is that you have it all included and if you want to sit around the pool or take in some great entertainment you can do what you want, but I can hear everyone saying. ‘Sit around a pool in Norway at Christmas, you must be mad!’ but fear not my cruising friends.

Arcadia is one of a very few ships which has a covered pool area which has the option to have the roof open should the weather allow. So when you are cruising in the cooler climate they keep the roof shut and its more of a greenhouse pool.

Here you will find a standard size pool and 3 whirlpool spas. There is also Neptune’s Bar and Neptune’s Grill so If you fancy a nice cocktail or a snack around the pool you can without leaving the warmness off the pool area
