The best cruise ship videos!

Working in this industry, over time, we get to see lots of shocking and unusual travel related videos.  There are so many but I thought I’d compile a list of my favourites here.

In May last year, Queen Mary 2 arrived into Southampton to celebrate her 10th birthday.  Her sisters, Queen Victoria and Elizabeth, were there waiting for her and played Happy Birthday through their funnels as she sailed by. Awwwww.

Fred Olsens ship Balmoral used to be shorter than she is now.  She went in Norwegian Crown and came out Balmoral a few meters longer.  Watch this time lapse video of her ‘cut and shut’ operation and find cruises on Fred Olsen and Balmoral here.

We’ve probably all experienced some kind of rough sea situation but I’ve never experienced anything as bad as the passengers and crew on this ship (thank goodness!)

This is another of my favourites.  Not cruise but travel related.  The cast of The Lion King burst into song on a flight.  A ‘feel good’ video.

I found another one I like!  This would scare me far too much!! It’s a beach in Puerto Rico.  Have you been?
