RCI 2016 Deployment and FREE drinks and tips are back!

This week saw the announcement of the Royal Caribbean 2016 deployment.

Southampton will see firm favourite, Independence of the Seas return and she’ll be joined by Navigator.  Indy will sail 10-14 night Mediterranean and Canaries itineraries with a couple of 3 and 4 night taster cruises in October 2016 whilst Navigator will offer 8-14 night cruises to Norway and the Med.

I was hoping of an Oasis or Quantum Class ship in Southampton next year but alas, it was not to be.  An usual decision by RCI in  my opinion…..

Quantum of the Seas will instead stay in the Far East with Anthem repositioning to the Caribbean and visiting Bermuda too.

Also in the Caribbean we’ll see Oasis and Allure.

Exciting news for this side of the pond is that RCI’s new Harmony of the Seas will be sailing 7 night itineraries from Rome and Barcelona (yes, that itinerary that almost everyone has done already).  I’d definitely be more than happy to sail that itinerary again though if it’s on a fantastic Oasis Class ship.

Jewel, Rhapsody, Vision and Brilliance will join Harmony in the Med with Serenade sailing from Copenhagen to Northern Europe.

So a bit of a shake up!
