Cruises at Christmas

I know, I know.  It’s come around quickly, as always.  But there’s no denying that Christmas is well and truly on it’s way.

I’ve never spent Christmas away from home as I love to be with my (large) family but looking at some of these pictures can almost tempt me.

The cruise lines really do go all out at Christmas and the ships look absolutely stunning!

A  huge number of people do take a cruise over the festive period and Christmas and New Year cruises often sell out over a year in advance, especially for family cabins.  It’s no wonder that some people want to get away from the British weather and see a bit of sunshine though.

It;s not just the decorations on a ship though – there will be Christmas themed activities and parties and of course, the Christmas dinner which I imagine could  be the best Christmas dinner you’d ever experience!

But just look at how beautiful and Christmassy these ships have been made to look (this is my attempt at getting you all in the Christmas spirit)
