It looks like 2015 is going to be a very exciting year for Cunard.
They will be celebration their 175th anniversary with a selection of special cruises with the main focus being on Liverpool.
The most popular cruises are likely to the 4th July Transatlantic and the 25th May when all 3 ships are in Liverpool at the same time.
The Transatlantic is a 10 night cruise on the 4th July which will be exactly 175 years from when the first Cunard ship Britannia set sail from Liverpool. The Queen Mary will be repeating exactly the same itinerary as the original cruise and interest in this cruise is huge.
The 25th May will see all three Cunard ships on the Mersey together at the same time.
Never will Liverpool have seen ships of this size on the Mersey and there will be 3 together.
They will each depart on different itineraries but all ships will be together to join in the celebrations.
Another date to remember is the 3rd of May which is a special cruise to remember Lusitania , one of Cunard’s famous floating palaces which was lost to a torpedo in world war 1
I would love to be part of this , Cunard know how to celebrate and although they haven’t released any details yet I am sure there will be fireworks and parties to mark the occasion.
All eyes will be on Cunard so they will want to go all out and impress.
If you would like more details on their prices and itineraries please let me know.
My advice would be to pre register. I have worked in the industry long enough to know that if you don’t it is unlikely you will get anything. I have seen cabins disappear in front of my eyes on these special cruises.
