Perfect Day with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line

The brand new private island resort names Perfect Day opened this month for Royal Caribbean and is already proving a huge success.
Currently the resort is covering just a 3rd of the island with plans for the cruise line to extend even further.
RCCL have said they don’t remember any new ship or feature proving as popular as this within it’s opening week.
So much so that they have made the difficult decision to redeploy the Independence of the Seas to the Caribbean for next summer and have subsequently cancelled all sailings from the UK
Obviously a huge disappointment for the UK market because this ship has proved so popular and many people had already booked in advance to secure their cabins. The Anthem of the Seas will now be their only ship sailing from the UK and unfortunately prices are much higher than the deals people had already booked so are now faced with trying to find alternatives ( not easy for school holidays )
As a goodwill gesture they are being given a voucher to the value of 25% for a future cruise and they have brought back the free drinks packages for Anthem sailings from Southampton if booked by the end of this month.
So maybe it is worth thinking of further afield and maybe trying the Caribbean and seeing what all the fuss is about with this new feature. If you aren’t tied to school holidays the flights will be more reasonable and you may get a good deal.

Coco Beach Club
This is more my style with the only overwater beach cabanas in the Bahamas and an infinity pool this is the perfect place to relax while the kids are off on their adventures
Captain Jacks
Harbourside hangout with a swim up bar and house speciality of chicken wings and fries.
Up Up and Away
Admire the views from this helium balloon from the highest point in the Bahamas
Oasis Lagoon
The largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean with a swim up bar and different coves
There will also be 2 beaches to choose from which will be named South Beach and Chill Island
