Largest balconies at sea

Princess Cruises are due to launch the brand new Sky Princess this year and the Enchanted Princess in 2020 and they have just announced details of two suites which will have the largest balconies ever offered at sea.


The Sky Suites will be centrally located on the top deck and will have an added advantage of a view of the cruise lines Movies under the Stars.
With sun loungers in full view how amazing would that be to watch movies or sporting events on a huge cinema screen straight from your balcony !!
Of course if anyone in your party didn’t want to join you the balcony wraps around the suite and there are plenty of other areas to just sit back and relax.
They are large enough to host your own private parties too.

The suites can sleep up to 5 people and will include 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area and skylight.

Another new feature for Princess Cruises is the Medallion. This is only available on Medallion class ships and I am sure will prove to be very popular.
This can be worn as a wristband, clip or pendant or you can carry it with you in a bag or your pocket. This will give you access to your stateroom and you can even order drinks from anywhere on the ship and a crew member will deliver your drink to you.
This can help with online gaming, navigation around the ship, daily programmes and quicker embarkation. For anyone concerned about it getting into the wrong hands there is no need to worry because it will be unique to yourself and if anyone else tried to use it to gain access to your cabin or make purchases it wouldn’t work because your photograph will be uploaded.

If you prefer not to use this it’s not a problem you can still use the current methods of the cruise personaliser and printing off documents but I think this will be very successful and really enhance your cruising experience.
