I always speak to my customers when they return from their cruise and most of the time their feedback is positive.
I really enjoy listening to peoples experiences and after all this is valuable information to us. If I hear of regular problems with a specific ship or cruise line I can pass this advice on to future customers.
Recently I have been hearing of cutbacks made by the various cruise lines.
They range from no chocolates on their pillow at bedtime to no toiletries in the bathroom
The most extreme one I have heard is from a lady who cruises regularly with Cunard but has vowed never to do so again
The reason being that they have started using single sheet toilet paper.
Obviously everyone has different expectations from their cruise but maybe Cunard have their own reasons for this change such as their plumbing system or maybe it is purely down to cost cutting
