Birthday celebrations

Last Friday was my youngest daughters 8th birthday and she asked me for a limousine party !!
First of all I said no it is too expensive, but after thinking about it I decided to look into it because in the past she has only ever wanted a small tea party at home unlike my other daughter who has a big party every year.
We booked her an hour in an 8 seater hummer limo with a meal before in Frankie & Benny’s.
The limo picked us up from the restaurant and everyone came out to see who was getting in the limo. They actually sent a 16 seater so it was huge and the kids all loved it.

We had an hour of cruising around while they played music and had drinks before ending up back at my house for a sleepover.
Let me tell you that 7 children for a sleep over is not a great idea.
They were all very well behaved and there were no arguments which was a relief but they are so loud !!
I think each one was trying to be the loudest and this went on until 3am.
Every time I went downstairs to ask them to be quiet it lasted until I was back upstairs before it all started again. They were singing, shouting and doing gymnastics in my living room all night.
Finally my husband had to tell them and they actually listened to him so they all fell asleep where they were sitting rather than in their beds and this is what we came down to in the morning.

We finished it off with all kids favourite breakfast pancakes and nutella then sent them home to their parents.
It was a great birthday that Georgia will never forget but next year we are back to tea parties.
