I’m off to Disneyland

As you read this I will be somewhere over the Atlantic on my way to Florida.

We are flying with Virgin which will be a first for me and looking forward to seeing how they compare.

Ever since we told the kids last year they have been beyond excited and have recently been counting down the sleeps so personally I will be relieved that the time has finally come.

We told them we have a big surprise for them and when they found out what it was Georgia ran round the house screaming and Emily burst into tears. It was nice to see how much they appreciated it.

We are staying at the Disney Pop Century which is a value property but as I don’t intend to be in the hotel much I thought this would be fine.

I like the idea of having all the free transport links to the theme parks and Downtown Disney so this suits me just fine. There is a free transfer from the airport so we don’t need a car apart from when we go to Universal so we will just take the shuttle on those days.
