New cruise itinerary for Celebrity Cruises

Celebrity Cruises are set to announce a new itinerary in the Middle East from November 2016 to April 2017.

This is fantastic news because the Middle East is a very popular destination for cruising and there aren’t many cruises operating in this area and especially not in the luxury brand market

They will be doing longer cruises so will not be in direct competition with the 7 night Dubai cruises currently available and they will be departing from Abu Dhabi.

The Middle East is somewhere different for people who have exhausted the many European and Caribbean itineraries but don’t want to fly as far as Australasia.

With a flight duration of just 7 hours ( depending on the route ) it means you can be enjoying an exotic destination without the jetlag.

You can of course arrange a land based holiday around this also so if you want to add to the cruise we offer a tailormade service and you will be fully protected by out ATOL license.

People often ask me about this as a cruise destination because the ports are interesting and the weather is good but they are sometimes concerned about safety so a cruise is the ideal opportunity to explorer these places and have the security of the cruise ship waiting for you at the end of each day.

I have only been to Dubai but loved every minute of it. It was bizarre that one minute you are in a city surrounded by huge sky scraper buildings and the next minute you are in the desert riding a camel or taking the jeep safari. The safari was great but be prepared for a bumpy ride !!

The Dhow dinner cruise is also an amazing experience and we met some very interesting people.
