Royal Caribbean have announced that they will have a celebrity on board Explorer of the Seas for 3 sailings in the school summer holidays.
Kimberly Wyatt who was in the Pussycat Dolls for 7 years has created dance classes on the cruises departing 21st of July and 4th and 18th of August.
My daughters would love this and I am sure will be so popular with the kids on this very popular family cruise line.
Kimberly used to work on Royal Caribbean ships between 1999 and 2000 performing as a dancer on the Explorer and Legend and is very much looking forward to go back to where her career started.
The classes will be free of charge and will be based on her own dance workshops
This is a great idea and if it proves popular I am sure they will look at doing similar projects in school holidays.
They have also just opened their new Perfect Day Island in the Bahamas. It looks amazing and will have something for everyone.
There will be exciting activities for thrill seekers such as the zip wire and hot air balloon plus lots of food and drinks venues, private cabanas, water slides and much more.
They have said they are looking to make this available for up to 3 ships at a time which only time will tell if this works as personally I would rather spend time ashore in a less crowded environment.
They have also just launched their brand new ship Spectrum of the Seas built specifically for the Asian cruise market.
Exciting times for them at the moment and all looks amazing.
