Is there such a thing as "A FREE UPGRADE" YESSSSS!!!

I just wanted to share a lovely story with you all. Last Saturday I took a call from a couple who can you believe it HAD NEVER CRUISED BEFORE.  Well what an opportunity for me. Not only were they looking for help and advise but it was on my favourite ship Celebrity. After a long chat a booking was made for a X grade guaranteed balcony stateroom all though they did mull over the price of knowing the stateroom grade and number.

Whilst making my Bon Voyage call we chatted about the last minute details and I looked further into their booking and noticed they had been allocated a stateroom number. EIGHT grades higher. An Aqua Class ,  wow how exciting.  I raved on a little but they said I seemed to more excited than them as they had no idea what this meant. I explained in terms of how much they had saved and yes they too are really looking forward to their cruise.

So have faith and you too may get an amazing upgrade.  I will keep you posted on their return.
