Crystal 6 Star Luxury – oh yes please.

As you know I have been in travel many years and have been on some amazing ships. I must say I love them all for what they are and what I get from them at the time. Since joining Cruise.Co.UK my eyes have been opened to a whole new world. I thought I knew cruising but my word, that was only the tip of the iceberg. Our products are divided into sections and we have to complete training modules to be able to get onto a certain line.
Ocean, Rivers, Tailor Made and Luxury to name but a few. I have always stayed away from luxury even though Celebrity and Cunard are luxury to me because I had never truly experienced one. So last week the Crystal Symphony came into several British ports and I nipped to see her in Newcastle Upon Tyne.crystal harm
She was bigger than I had expected and looked just the same as any other cruise line. Oh my once on board the feeling of space in the main reception was stunning with plush furnishings, magical waterfalls and friendly welcoming staff. We were taken to the Palm Court for a welcome glass of real Champagne (damn I was driving so declined I did not drink the one on my hand ) and took our seats for an interesting presentation by Michael Dupont head of UK sales. He told us all about the line and the amazing new ships that will be joining their fleet over the next few years. He also mentioned a 60 passenger yacht based in the Indian Ocean wow.me on crys
A ship tour followed and once again it was the feel of space everywhere from the outside deck areas, bars speciality dining venues and then the Staterooms and Penthouse Suites.
I think it is very hard to tell the difference from just a day visit as you only get to see the ship at her best when all guests are on shore but I did take time to speak to passengers and told them what I was doing on board and they loved it. Could not rave enough about how well they felt the cruise was going and the service and attention they had received each and every minute. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone.live wall crys
This is a live wall and it can grow herbs that are used in the cooking on board.
I think this type of cruise is for someone who just wants the best of everything and do not have to worry about a thing as all tips, drinks and excursions are included in one price. So what else makes them worth all the extra money. If any of you have been on board I would love to know.
