Have a ‘pucca dining experience with Royal Caribbean

As you are probably aware, Royal Caribbean have their brand new ship Anthem of the  Seas coming to European waters in 2015 with Southampton being her home port.  Royal Caribbean have a brand new dining experience on this ship called Dynamic Dining.  RCCL have taken away their early/late fixed dining and have introduced this Dynamic dining.

Essentially what this means is there are different dining experiences in 5 different restaurants  –

American Icon Grill – New Orleans type – gumbo, fried chicken (breakfast, lunch, dinner – smart casual)

Chic – rib-eye, lamb chops, sea-bass, ( smart casual)

Silk – pan-Asian flavors – lamb curry, ginger and sesame crusted tuna, teriyaki steak (dinner, smart casual)

Grande – more formal, beef wellington, chicken a l orange, roasted scallops (dinner, formal)

Coastal Kitchen – only suite guests – sea bass ceviche, serrano ham, goats cheese (breakfast, lunch, dinner, formal)

As you can see you can choose whichever dining experience you want throughout the cruise, you could go to the same restaurant all cruise but that would be boring I think.

Also remember there are specialty restaurants on the ship too which have small cover charges, Jamie Oliver is the well known Celebrity Chef on this ship and will marvel you with his fantastic cuisine. –

Wonderland – chefs have invented around ice, fire, water, earth or dreams!!! Flash frozen ice-cream on pork belly, caviar with spicy tuna cones, sriracha eggs in a plume of smoke (dinner, smart casual)

Jamie’s Italian – (lunch, dinner, smart casual)

Michaels Genuine Pub  – American gastro pub (lunch, dinner, a la carte, casual)

So you can see you will not become hungry on Anthem of the Seas, luckily there is a gym and running track to work off all that food!!!
