Well I have been a busy little bee over the last few weeks, I have successfully passed all my exams for APT River Cruises, MSC and Holland America.
 

I have also just received my certificate from Cunard, I hit the highest level which is Commodore status. Would you believe most cruise lines have extensive online training courses and they have brought out many different modules and tests for us agents to achieve certain levels, as a cruise agent you really do need to keep up to date with all the changes. One thing with me is I am always striving to make sure I have excellent knowledge of all cruise liners and the only way of doing this is to make sure all exams and modules are up to date. As soon as I have my certificates from APT, MSC and Holland America I will display on my blog with pride. Below is my certificate of achievement and my pin from Cunard, which i will dispay proudly to show you all I am a fully certified Commodore agent.
