Cruise.co.uk Are Expanding !

Well as most of my clients know I have worked for Cruise.co.uk now for 3 ½ years and love every minute of it. I have worked in the travel industry now for over 25 years and it is amazing how the travel industry changes so fast, but I will say all for the good.

Cruise.co.uk is one of the best companies I have ever worked for and one thing that stands out is that they are always looking at new adventures of moving forward.

The cruise market is one of the fastest and most consistently growing sectors in the travel industry – a trend predicted to continue – and our website, is the market leader. At the moment we have one of the biggest websites in the UK and have been trading in the travel industry for over 30 years.

Cruise.co.uk, have now decided to expand to the international market after acquiring a travel agency in Australia and also into the South American market, yes we are getting even bigger.

To start things off, earlier this year Cruise.co.uk branched out and bought TravelBookers in Ireland and now we have snapped up Cruising Down Under in Brisbane, and has set up in South Africa, with plans to launch in the next three months.

Sukie Rapel is leading our International expansion and at the moment we have three staff which are based in Brisbane to train the new team, which will eventually expand.

In South Africa, Cruise.co.uk are also setting up a business rather than buying an existing agency, and to deal with setting things up they will have Mr Graeme Promnitz, who is an ideal candidate, he has worked for Cruise.co.uk for more than five years, originally from South Africa and he will be returning to his country to run the start-up of Cruise.co.uk new business.

Looking into the near future, Cruise.co.uk also have plans to set up operation in New Zealand and also the Middle East, this might not be till next year though.
