Welcome Home

Here at cruise.co.uk we obviously love booking all out past passengers and new customers on their forthcoming cruises – some of which might be bucket list trips or trips of a lifetime, some might be trips which have taken a while to save up for and others might be last minute getaways. But no matter what type it is we always love to hear your feedback about how your trip went, whether it be positive, negative or constructive criticism. Although I have been fortunate to have sailed on many cruise lines/ships, I haven’t been on them all, so it is always great to listen and often learn new things I either didn’t know or experienced.

Everyone’s opinions are different, and it is always interesting to hear what is important to some people is not the same to someone else, and also what some people notice might be missed by others. For example I had some customers who had asked me if I had noticed whilst on board the Anthem of the Seas – the magic pictures which change, to which I replied I hadn’t, so they emailed me some photos of them and were in a prominent position outside the 270 cafe and which I had walked past. Other customers who I had booked on the Anthem of the Seas were upset that there is no crows nest bar and also no main dining room. For me I quite liked that there was no main dining room and I liked that you got to dine in a different venue everyday. To be honest I hadn’t noticed there was no crows nest bar as I liked the 270 complex to sit in during the day, so these customers wouldn’t go on this class of ship again and would go back to Independence of the Seas.

Other customers have commented that they do not like the plated meals on P&O/Cunard, again for me I thought meals were always plated and it was just the vegetables that the waiters brought round until recently when it was all on a plate already like other cruise lines do, and I found if there wasn’t enough then I would just ask for some more to be brought out.

One ship which is always great to listen to about feedback and gets very mixed responses at the moment is Britannia – some like her and some don’t, and its a range of things from her size, to the restaurants, cabins, food, entertainment etc.

No matter what your opinion is we love to hear about it, and so would everyone who uses our website so writing a review for our website is useful to anyone and in return we do send a guidebook out as a thank you.

Have a good couple of weeks

Kerry
