Watch out for my hens in April 2018

So after my last post about booking so early in 2018 – I have to report that I will now be one of those people on the 19th September who will be paying a deposit and booking a cruise in April 2018. Only thing is I haven’t decided whether to sail on the Britannia or the Azura, I have been fortunate to sail on both ships and the cruises I am looking at, is one of the 2 night mini cruises – both of which are going to Bruges so there is nothing to choose between for destinations.

Now normally I wouldn’t book so far in advance for any cruise particular for a 2 night mini cruise – but this will be for my hen party. I often read on the forums how people hate going on the mini cruises as they are renowned for hen and stag parties, so I am sorry to say that I will be one of those groups so giving you all plenty of notice. It seems the logical option for a cruise consultant/cruise geek to have my hen party on board.

The guest list is still a work in progress but at the moment there will be me, my mother, my sister (maid of honour) – with my little flower girl/page boy (will know next month when they are born), my mum’s cousin and friend, my future mother in law, sister in law, and my partners niece (bridesmaid), and not forgetting my best friend at work known to you all as Beanie.

The Britannia departs on the 06th April 2018, and the Azura departs on the 27th April. Whilst I feel I should give the Britannia another chance as I wasn’t keen on it when I got to sample it during the pre maiden week, I am not sure if my party would be better suited to the ship I know and like which is the Azura?
