Anthem’s new shows

The launch/ battle of the two new ships is drawing closer to their launch dates. Its just 22 days until the maiden voyage of P&O Britannia departs from Southampton and just 61 days until the maiden voyage of Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas.

This week in the battle saw Royal Caribbean announce that as well as We Will Rock You, there will be a further two new shows to debut on its newest ship, Anthem of the Seas. The first new show is called The Gift and is one of its own production shows which will be preformed by the Royal Theater production team and has been created specifically for the Anthem of the Seas, and has been described as a musical journey of fantasy and illusion that begins one stormy night with the arrival of  a magical gift.

The second new show will debut in Tw070 and is called the Spectra’s Cabaret – it features the Maestro and his Agents of Rhythm who invite you to an electric multi-dimensional cabaret. This show will blend live performances with pop music and digital imagery.

I was looking forward to seeing the Musical – We will rock you, again, but now also looking forward to seeing these new shows,but don’t think they will show them all on the 3 night mini cruise I have booked.
