Over the last few weeks I am finding the trend is that most customers want to pre pay for drinks before they travel on their cruise. Nearly all customers ask about this and it is certainly a high priority when deciding which cruise liner to book with.

At the moment some companies are promoting free drinks packages such as Celebrity Cruises on selected 2016 sailings when an outside stateroom or a higher grade is booked . This free drinks package is worth $55 per person per day, on a fourteen day sailing that is a saving of $1540 or sterling equivalent over £1000 and includes the following…..

Frozen drinks up to $8
15% discount on wines by the bottle
Wine by the glass – up to $9 (all grape varieties)
Speciality teas & coffee (includes Lattes, Espresso, Cappuccinos)
Fresh & bottled juices & bottled water
10% discount on alcohol in Duty Free shops
Spirits – up to $8 (Absolut, Tanqueray etc)
Beer – up to $7 (includes imported)
Can and selected (on-tap) soft drinks . This promotion is valid for bookings made before November the 2 nd

Another popular deal is with Norwegian Cruise Lines, make your reservation before November the 30 th needs to be between 5 & 16 nights duration and receive a free premium drinks package if in an Ocean view or higher stateroom or free soda package on an inside or studio stateroom.

Thomson Cruises are also offering for summer 2016 drinks packages for just £10 per person per week on all sailings from the 1 st of May through to 31 st of October 2016.
