All ships in the fleet offer the ‘Chef’s Table’  which is an ultimate and exclusive dining experience.

This intimate experience is offered only once per sailing and is only available to only 12 guests. It is a 2.5 hour gourmet evening and you will be served nine mouth watering courses. This contemporary menu will be amazingly presented and uses sophisticated cooking methods and only the finest ingredients to give you the most memorable of taste sensations.

To accompany your meal the Master Sommelier will pair the courses with the perfect wines to bring out the flavours of your food.

As part of your experience you will also receive a behind the scenes galley tour to see where and how your food is prepared and a group photo and individual photo of yourself with the executive chef.

This package which really be a once is a lifetime experience costs only $99 per person. This is exceptional value and cheaper than many average restaurants by the time you have paid for 3 courses and a drink or two. It can only be booked on board and is offered on a first come first serve basis, so I recommend booking as soon as you board.
