Brilliance of the Seas – Speciality Dining

Royal Caribbean’s Brilliance of the Seas has recently been revitalised and now offers a number of new speciality dining options. I was only on board for one night and dined in the main restaurant which was fantastic however I was able to visit the new restaurants and have little samplers in many of them. I thought it would be useful to share my photo’s with you.
