Olly Smith…Azura’s less formal alternative

A couple of days ago I wrote about Atul Kochhar featuring on Azura when it launches. Well, here’s something for those of you who enjoy a good glass of plonk, and something a bit less formal. Olly Smith, the TV Wine Expert, has helped to put together ‘The Glass House’, which will be a ‘select dining’ and wine bar venue.

Here, passengers will be able to enjoy seafood and grilled items, paired up with wines chosen by Olly. And for those of us who don’t feel the need to soak up our alcohol with food, we will be able to just enjoy the wine there without buying food.
So, P & O are really ‘pushing the boat out’ with two celebrities putting their name to dining venues on board, but it remains to be seen what the public think when they try them out, and believe you me, they will be brutally honest. I look forward to reading the reviews!
