Dancing On Ice…….

Last night I went to the NIA in Birmingham to watch Dancing On Ice, the live show. This was a Mothers Day gift from ‘the teenagers’, and what a wonderful night it was. All the stars of the TV show performed as did Torvill and Dean. Chico even did his topless number! They all made it look so effortless but I’m sure its not! Sadly, there was no audience participation required so I didn’t get the chance to show off my own personal Bolero. Their loss!

If you are a fan of the show you need not miss out while you are on your cruise. Many of the Royal Caribbean ships have ice skating rinks on board. As well as using them for performances, passengers have full use of them too. Ideal for cooling down on those red hot days in the Med, or filling time on sea days.
A regular client of mine, who normally sails with P&O but fancied a change this time, told me that the ice shows on Independence of the Seas were wonderful when he was on there a couple of weeks ago. The best entertainment on the ship. He didn’t try it himself though!
