Artemis – are P & O flogging a dead horse?

More engine trouble on the poor old Artemis, more ports missed, more angry passengers on board, more phone calls from passengers due to travel who are concerned, infact more of everything except for the holiday that these clients have paid good money for and looked forward to for so long – oh, and less speed.

Artemis isn’t due to retire until next April but how do P & O plan to keep her going for that long? That is anybodys guess! If they don’t do something soon the public are going to vote with their feet. I will certainly think twice about any enquiries that I get for her – maybe direct clients to a more reliable vessel, after all, if my clients are disappointed with a cruise that I book for them they’re not going to trust me to book another one are they?
Come on P & O, why don’t you just put everyone out of their misery, and retire her now? You’re going to risk alienating some loyal clients if you keep flogging this dead horse.
