We all expected it to be a busy and productive month, after all, launch month always is, with savvy clients pre-registering to get the best cabins, free parking, and extra On Board Credit. All of my clients were happy as I got them exactly what they wanted.
What non of us anticipated, and why would we, was the volcano that created travel chaos mid month. One things for sure – life in the travel industry is never dull. Lets see what May brings!
