Esther Rantzen to be guest speaker on Swan Hellenics Minerva….
TV personality, Journalist and wannabe politician, Esther Rantzen, will be the guest speaker on board Minervas 28 night ‘Sagas of Ice and Fire Cruise to Iceland which departs on 16th July.
Esther will give an after dinner talk during the cruise that will take her from Dover to discover the North Sea World – where Orkney and Shetland were once directly influenced by Norway and Denmark – exploring the highlights of Iceland and discovering geysers, waterfalls and volcanic landscapes.
She will be one of a panel of five guest speakers on board for what promises to be a very informative and enriching cruise to some fabulous destinations.

Ports of call include – Skara Brae, Skaill House and Ring of Brodgar, Kirkwall Walking Tour, Jarlshof, Western Shetland Scenic Drive, ‘The Golden Circle’, Reykjavik City of Culture, Thingvellir Hike, Snaefellsnes National Park, Mt Kirkjufell Hike, Life & Culture in the West Fjords, Lake Myvatn & Godafoss Falls, Godafoss Falls & Akureyri, Gjogv Scenic Drive, Eysturoy Island, Edinburgh Castle & City Tour, Palace of Holyroodhouse & Royal Mile Walk.
Esther has admitted to being a ‘real cruise junkie’ and says she always has to have a cruise in the pipe line to look forward to.
