I’m Booked. Are You?

So I am finally booked for my 2019 cruise, and like probably everyone I cannot wait.  I shall be sailing away on MSC Preziosa from Southampton in September for 7 nights. We did the same itinerary in 2018 as what we are doing, but we loved it that much we’re going to do it again.

One of the reasons that we have booked again with MSC, is their drinks package promotion that they are currently running.  They are offering a complimentary Premium drinks package on selected cruises on their Fantastica grade cabins. The drinks package includes all drinks up to the value of €10 per drink and is fantastic value when on board.

I am one of those people (like many) who likes to know what my holiday is going to cost me over all before I travel.  I like to sit down with my calculator and a good old spreadsheet (I mean who doesn’t love a spreadsheet) and work everything out before I book.

The MSC Premium drink package works out at about £36 per person per day to add on so about £252pp for a 7 night cruise so to get this included in the price.  Oh, we have booked a balcony cabin and for the 7 nights on the below itinerary it’s cost just under £999pp with the drinks – Bargain for a week away!

MSC have come a long way in recent years in improving their overall offering to UK guests with some amazing prices, and since I have been cruising with them I am not sure I could now cruise with anyone else.  I am looking to cruise the Caribbean in 2020 and I have been eyeing up the MSC Seaside and MSC Seaview.
