Who serves up the best food these days?
As anyone who is a regular customer with us knows, we take our customer service seriously and we always like to try and contact our customers when they get back for their cruise, just to get a little bit of feedback on how it went, what they thought of the food, amenities etc.
Just recently though, one of the hot potatoes!!, has been quality and amount of food or lack of it.
One of my customers returning from a P & O Cruise felt that their standards had dropped considerably in the past couple of years, the portions were very small, the vegetables not fresh and the general quality was poor.
Another customer experienced an overall lack of taste, she said ” everything felt diluted ” – now considering P & O have their ” Food Heroes ” this needs looking into urgently – as people will not put up with this.
It’s not just P & O either – there are other culprits – A long term Royal Caribbean fan tells me that she thinks that the quality and variety of food has suffered greatly and wonders is it because of the continuous offers of the drinks package – it has got to be paid for from somewhere and it may be the food budget.
