Football – what a game! I am sorry to hear that David Moyes has been sacked today as the Manchester United Manager. What the why’s and wherefores are only time will tell and I am sure that a book deal will be somewhere in the future.
So let’s pile on a bit more agony for ourselves shall we? The greatest tournament in football will start in a few short weeks, and of course England will be there. Whether you are an England supporter or not, you can make sure you don’t miss any of the action whilst sailing onboard the majority of cruise ships this Summer.
If you are sailing with Costa Cruises you will be able to take part in Brazilian dance flash mobs to the tune of the official World Cup anthem, celebrate England goals ( we hope ) – with Samba lessons, Brazilian style cocktails – how good does this sound?
Royal Caribbean will broadcast all of the matches. You will be able to watch the games in public areas or in the privacy of your cabin.
MSC Cruises will also have all the matches, they intend to have football quizzes, make your own shirts etc.
Personally I can’t wait – however, if football isn’t your thing, there are plenty of options for you to enjoy – why not pamper yourself in the Spa? Learn to surf? Or try your hand at Sushi making.
Whatever you enjoy there is something for everyone this Summer.
