It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year

It’s the most wonderful time of the year!

I hope that by now you all are feeling festive and looking forward to spending time with friends and family over the next few days.

Where has this year gone? It only seems two minutes ago that we here at cruise.co.uk were on our annual conference on Queen Mary 2! So last weeks conference on Fred Olsen’s Balmoral seemed to arrive very quickly.

The 3 night cruise had a 1970’s theme – what a great laugh we had! The team here certainly know how to enjoy themselves and everyone made a fantastic effort to get into the 70’s theme – we have the pictures to prove it.

I dressed in a particularly fetching orange ABBA themed suit – I was very careful to avoid anyone with a camera as I looked like an overgrown satsuma. Not a good look.

We did not venture into Brugge this time, we did not have to, Fred Olsen brought the city to us. They set up stalls selling mulled wine, the famous Belgian chocolates and lovely shortbread houses. It really helped to get us into the festive mood.
