Weekend York

So what a great weekend we have had one of my best friends and colleagues flew over from Ireland for the weekend, as we had booked to go and see Rod Stewart at York Races along with another Colleague we work with, I had seen him a few years before in Manchester and I can’t lie I love him such a great performer

We headed down on the train around lunch time to meet everyone in the Pitch Piano in York for a few drinks and some food before heading down to the Race Track, np racing was on so gates opened at 5pm and he came on around 7.45 and didn’t disappoint his shows are always fantastic and for a man of his age he can certainly still move and shake, we decided not to sit in our seats and just stand at the side and dance,
