Titanic 2

I have been reading today about the new Titanic 2 ship that is due to launch in 2018, its very eerie to see the first images which is a copy of the doomed liner which sank in 1912.

The vessel is to be a replica of RMS Titanic which sank after hitting an iceberg causing the death of 1500 people.

Titanic 2 will keep retro features like the Turkish baths and a Edwardian gym, it will also offer 1^st 2^nd and 3^rd class tickets like the original also it will feature a smoking room and a grand staircase, also it will feature a small indoor swimming pool,

It will have 840 cabins, carrying 2,435 passengers and 900 crew.

‘Titanic 2’ will be 13ft wider than the original ship, but its length, height and weight will be similar and it will also have nine decks.

The ship is estimated to cost 300-400 million

Unlike the original ship it will have state of the art technology on board,

The maiden voyage will be from Jiangsu in Eastern China to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The original Titanic was scheduled to sail the Atlantic Ocean from Southampton, England, to New York when it sank 400 miles (644 kilometres) south of Newfoundland, Canada.

Not sure how the ship will go down with people I personally don’t like the idea and find it a little creepy that it will be the same inside and not sure if would pay to go on a ship with no mod cons on, and having a 3 tier class system I think them days are long gone, would you pay to go on her?
